Honda Rearview Report: March 8 - March 14, 2014

At Honda, we are committed to providing advanced safety protection not only for our customers, but for others sharing the road. By developing and applying advanced technologies like our rearview camera technology, we are working to improve drivers' visibility and situational awareness.

This week, 15 Honda and Acura models were the first to be recognized by the NHTSA as being an Advanced Technology Feature for the application of recommended rearview camera systems – something that will be standard equipment on every Honda and Acura model next year.

Also worth noting is that two of the 15 models earning recognition from the NHTSA also received special accolades this week, as advanced safety features helped the Acura MDX earn honors as U.S. News & World Report's Best Luxury 3-Row SUV, while the Honda Odyssey took home honors for Best Minivan for Families. It's nice when our effort to help customers better recognize the road helps our vehicles earn recognition off of it.
