Honda Rearview Report: April 5 - April 11, 2014

"The New York International Auto Show begins next week, and we are thrilled to be showcasing some dynamic new products, and sharing new details on a very special vehicle launching next year, along with an extraordinary special guest hopping by!

On the Acura side, we head to New York with the power of the 'X' leading the way, in the form of the record-setting tandem of the Acura MDX and RDX light trucks. We're going to amp that energy up to the next level with the introduction of a new kind of thrill - the all-new 2015 TLX.

For Honda, we're going small in the Big Apple, but in the best possible way - with the introduction of the new benchmark in the subcompact segment, the incredible 2015 Fit, set to go on sale nationwide this month. And adding to the fun, we will be making a very special announcement about the all-new compact Honda SUV that will be coming to the U.S. market this winter.

Finally, everyone attending the auto show will have the opportunity to experience first-hand the next-generation of Honda's advanced humanoid robot, ASIMO. So, do like ASIMO and hop on by. We look forward to seeing everyone in the Big Apple!"

- John Mendel, Executive Vice President, Automobile Sales, American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
