For the fifth consecutive month, the TL performance luxury sedan remains the top selling Acura model with sales of 3,018. Total June sales for Acura reached 8,280 units, down 36.2 percent versus last year based on the Daily Selling Rate*. Acura year-to-date sales** are 51,082 units, down 34.0 percent as compared to 2008 sales.

"In tough economic times, a smart vehicle choice is more important than ever—and that's exactly what Acura's line of vehicles offers," said Jeff Conrad, vice president of Acura sales. "While the new-for-2009 TSX has been a popular choice among buyers, this week Acura again raises the bar with the release of a new 2010 TSX V-6 model."

The TSX sports sedan was Acura's second best selling sedan with June sales of 1,890 units and the new 2010 TSX V-6 model goes on sale tomorrow. Acura's light truck sales were led by the MDX luxury SUV with 2,351 units sold while the turbocharged RDX crossover SUV sold 886 units.
