Disconnecting High-Bay Lights at Honda

Ron Chandler, maintenance technician at Honda’s Marysville Auto Plant, unplugs a high-bay light in an area where illumination is no longer needed. The plant disconnected more than 1,000 of the lights during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, resulting in reducing CO2 emissions by more than 600,000 kilograms per year.
