President Iwata, Honda of America Mfg., Announced $98 Million Investment
During an event at Honda's engine plant in Anna, Ohio, Hide Iwata, president, Honda of America Mfg., Inc., announced that the company will invest $98 million at the Anna plant as part of a strategy to build the company's next-generation powertrain technologies. The engine plant will manufacture high-tech pulley components for the production of a new continuously variable transmission (CVT) at Honda's nearby transmission plant in Russells Point, Ohio.
