Alice Lee is vice president of the Product Regulatory Office (PRO) at American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM), overseeing U.S. regulatory compliance activities for automobile, powersports and power equipment products and representing Honda on product regulatory matters to U.S. government agencies.

Lee joined Honda in 2002 as an analyst in Sales and Production Planning before leaving the company in 2005 to pursue her law degree and MBA.

In 2010, Lee returned to Honda as a research analyst in advanced product planning at Honda R&D Americas, LLC (HRA), conducting customer market research for future products.

In 2013, she transferred to AHM as the Acura quality assurance coordinator, leading quality-improvement activities within the sales organization in coordination with R&D and manufacturing quality groups.

In 2014, Lee was promoted to senior product planner responsible for the planning and market introduction of the 2016 Honda HR-V and 2017 Honda CR-V.

In 2017, she took on the role as manager of Quality & Research, Product Planning, overseeing AHM efforts to improve the overall customer experience, including automotive products, technologies and features.

In 2020, Lee was promoted to senior manager and division lead of the Environment Division within PRO, responsible for emissions certification and compliance.  

In October 2021, Lee became assistant vice president of the PRO Environment Division.

In March 2023, she was promoted to her current role as vice president of PRO.

Lee holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and M.B.A. from the W. P. Carey School of Business, both at Arizona State University (ASU).
